What is your favorite volleyball memory?
Winning Bronze at JO’s when I was 17.
Tell me about your family.
My mom and dad live in Seattle. I have a sister who is 24 and she lives in Matagorda county and works as a music teacher. None of them have any sort of athletic ability and were very confused when I wanted to play volleyball!
What advice would you give to volleyball players?
Set goals – it’s hard to move forward when you don’t know where you’re going.

Rosalyn Sussman Yalow – Look her up!!

Candy! Any kind, every kind…I love it all.

If you could meet 3 famous people for dinner, who would they be and why?
Michael Faraday, James Clerk Maxwell, and Nikola Tesla…then we would have the 4 greatest electrical engineers of all time in one room (the 4th being myself, obviously)! Plus, I’d want to know their thoughts on electrical technology’s advancements.

I have my BS in Electrical Engineering and my BA in Mathematics.
Do you have any pets? Tell us about them.
Why did you choose to coach at TAV Houston?
I love volleyball and working with kids, so coaching is the perfect fit for me. TAV Houston puts a high priority on recruitment. For me, that is the ultimate goal of club volleyball, and I love supporting kids in that goal.
